OptraHEALTH announces the availability of HealthFAX on the WhatsApp social communications platform.
A market survey has shown the slowing adoption of mobile applications as users prefer simpler and minimal means of communication. To meet this emerging trend, OptraHEALTH we have launched HealthFAX InsuranceBOT which is now available on WhatsApp. With this integration, we have launched HealthFAX InsuranceBOT on WhatsApp. Thus, any WhatsApp user may simply connect with HealthFAX for all their health insurance needs such as for understanding benefits and obtaining cost estimates.
We decided to roll out the InsuranceBOT as there is a need for the democratization of health insurance information. Users simply enter their member data and HealthFAX will provide them information about their health plans instantly, all within WhatsApp. In addition to this users can also obtain test cost estimates. With this technological advancement, OptraHEALTH is the first to provide live connectivity to ~4000 health insurance companies in the US WhatsApp is connected to HealthFAX.
This integration also supports all WhatsApp features such as document uploads, an important consideration for health insurance-related queries.
